1. Order Processing & Shipping Cost

Orders are typically prepared within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday).
During peak shopping seasons or holidays, processing may extend to up to 5 business days.

Processing includes:

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Fee
We offer a flat shipping rate of $5.99 per order, regardless of order size or destination within our supported regions.


2. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on destination and carrier logistics.

Please note:
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing.


3. Tracking Information

Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation.
It is normal for tracking information to take time to activate while packages are in transit.


4. Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

For international shipments, orders may be sent under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms.

This means:

β€’ Import duties, taxes, or customs fees (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility
β€’ Customs clearance timelines vary by country
β€’ We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities

Most small household packaging items typically clear without significant fees, but regulations differ by region.


5. Address Changes & Order Adjustments

Because we begin preparing orders quickly, changes must be requested promptly.

If you need to modify your shipping address or request cancellation, please contact:

within 12 hours of placing your order.

Once an order has entered the fulfillment stage, changes may no longer be possible.


6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

We stand behind our service.

If your order arrives damaged:
Please email us within 72 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the package and product. We will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.

If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier:
We will provide a replacement shipment at no additional cost.
